I have been married for 29 years and have one daughter who is 26. I am an Administrative Assistant at an engineering firm in Kansas City, Missouri. Moved here in 1990 after living in Owatonna for 14 years. My husband and I are avid campers and enjoy entertaining our Minnesota vistors when they have time to make it down! My wife Lindy and I have been together 24 years now, all in Alaska, as we still love the opportunities here. My business is now 31 years old, kids are 24, 22, and 19. Hello classmates and high school friends, It took a bit to break the 'Mankato vortex', but I finally got outta town in 1985 with a move to Germany. Since that time, I've lived in Texas, Colorado, Tennessee and have spent the last 21 years in Northern Virginia outside Washington, DC. I've also had the opportunity to visit 46 of the 50 U.S. States. I have lived the last 12 years on five acres up on a mountain on the edge of the Blue Ridge just west of DC. I retired from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2013. Since then, I have been running a home business called 'The Cross-Eyed Possum' , designing and creating jewelry that I sell at fairs and festivals. I recently received an offer for a position supporting the FBI that will begin in September, so the 'Possum' will have to play dead for awhile. I will not be attending the reunion because Kathryn Himmelman Smith and I are meeting in Seattle for a week long 'best friends' trip that same week. Guess 46 years of friendship trumped 40 years since graduation. Special hello to Cindy (Buggart), Barb (Anderson), Bev (Allen), Deb (Yetter) and Denise (Szallar)!!! Hope y'all have a great time at the party!! |

Hi everyone !!! It is hard to imagine we are now the "old foogies" in the stands. How time flies !! Well, I have been married twice and divorced twice (not a good record). I have two wonderful children - Stuart II (16) and Alexandra (14). And, as luck would have it, they are both taller than me already. I have been in Human Resources for 25 years and as Fred Taylor advised me to say, I am "exploring new opportunities" (in other words, I'm between jobs). I live in Crystal Lake, Illinois where I have lived for the last 18 years, second only to good old Mankato. I am really looking forward to the reunion in 2010.
